Booking Options for North East Wedding and Party Band Funk Conspiracy
Funk Conspiracy can be booked as either:
5-piece (drums, bass, guitar/ male vocals, saxophone, lead female vocals)
7-piece (featuring additional trumpet and trombone for an authentic soul brass section sound).
We also offer the option of a fantastic latin percussionist, which can be added to either the 5 or 7 piece band.
Our standard playing time is 2 sets of approx 60mins each. Or we can change the lengths of the sets to suit your event. Please read our frequently asked questions page for more information about booking Funk Conspiracy.
NEW - SWING CONSPIRACY
We now have a repertoire of classic swing music from the 1920s through to the Ratpack era. These well known songs work for both listening and dancing. When booking you can request that our first set consists either partly or entirely of swing music. Or alternatively for an extra cost we can play a third set for you containing swing music.
Sax and Tracks
We are proud that our band is 100% live without any backing tracks. However we have found that as many clients also wish to have background music for their event, for example when guests are arriving, there is a cost effective solution in providing our Saxophone player accompanied by high quality jazz and swing backing tracks. Please contact us for more information and pricing if you want some classy ambient music for your event.

Our standard prices start from only £799 for the 5-piece band and we can often offer further discounts on our rates for birthdays, charity or student events. Certain off peak dates and short notice bookings can also qualify for discounts. The standard prices for events taking place after April 2012 start from only £899.
We mainly operate in the North East and areas such as Cumbria (including the Lakes), Yorkshire and Southern Scotland. It is less economical to travel greater distances, however it is still worth contacting us for a quote for events elsewhere as we can still be competitive in some cases.
